Channel 4's Content Creatives is a paid training and placement opportunity in West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, offering you the chance to kickstart your career in digital content, social media and marketing. 

 

Running for 16 weeks from November 2025 to March 2026, Content Creatives brings together classroom-led learning and practical work experience to give you the perfect experience to launch your creative career.  

 

You'll receive bespoke training from industry experts (SharpFutures), gain hands-on experience at one of our Partner Companies, and get support in planning your future career. 

 

This scheme is for you if you are:  

• Passionate about content creation and looking to build a career in digital content, social media and marketing (if you want to work in TV or Film this is not the course for you!)  
• Able to demonstrate existing content production skills and knowledge (although a degree, qualifications or paid experience in the field is not required!) 
• Have less than 6 months total paid industry experience. 
• Living within a commutable distance to Leeds and Manchester, and are able to travel for both in-person training and your work placement. 
• Age 18+ and out of full-time education when the course begins on the 17th November 2025. 
• Available to undertake full-time employment from Monday 17th of November 2025 to Friday 6th of March 2026. 

We are particularly keen to hear from people from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
